2. In Paragraph (1) of Regulation 5 (expiry) of the Police Act 1997 and the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 (Fees) (Coronavirus) Regulations 2020(1) for “6 months” substitute “9 months”.
