Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 30, 31 and 275 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 19971 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
Citation and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Order 2020 and comes into force on 30 December 2020.
Amendment of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 19922

The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 19922 is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

In schedule 1 (permitted development), in Class 72C (development by local authorities and health service bodies) in paragraph (3)(b) for “31st December 2020” substitute “1 July 2021”.
