The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 54(5)(a) and (c), 55(4), 56(9), 57(2) and (8), 67(5) and 68(6) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.
