Amendment of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002

2.  In Part 7 of schedule 1 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (Scottish Public Authorities), after paragraph 77 insert—

“77A.   The Scottish Animal Welfare Commission(1).”.
