Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Carer’s Allowance Up-rating (Scotland) Order 2020 and comes into force on 6 April 2020.
(2) In this Order “the 1992 Act” means the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992().
