The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Restrictions) (Scotland) Regulations 20202 are amended as follows.

In regulation 4(3) (further restrictions and closures during the emergency period), for “(1)”, in the first place it occurs, substitute “(2)”.

In regulation 7(10) (enforcement of requirements), for “(7)” substitute “(8)”.
