The Court of Session makes this Act of Sederunt under the powers conferred by sections 66 and 67 of the Counter-Terrorism Act 20081, section 103(1) of the Courts Reform (Scotland) Act 20142 and all other powers enabling it to do so.

Citation and commencement, etc.1

This Act of Sederunt may be cited as the Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994 Amendment) (Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering) (No.2) 2019.

It comes into force on 29th March 2019.

A certified copy is to be inserted in the Books of Sederunt.

Amendment of the Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994 Amendment) (Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering) 20192

The Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994 Amendment) (Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering) 20193 is amended in accordance with this paragraph.

Before paragraph 3(1) (revocation) insert—

Chapter 101 of the Rules of the Court of Session 1994 (terrorist asset-freezing)4 is revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Act of Sederunt)

This Act of Sederunt amends Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994 Amendment) (Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering) 2019 to insert provision to revoke Chapter 101 of the Rules of the Court of Session 1994 which should have been included in that Act of Sederunt.
