4.  In schedule 1 (specified community provisions) of the Genetically Modified Organisms (Transboundary Movements) (Scotland) Regulations 2005 M1

(a)in Part 1, in the text in the second column of the row relating to Article 10(3)—

(i)for “it is authorised within the European Union” substitute “ its use is permitted in [F1Great Britain],

(ii)for “a third” substitute “ the importing ”, and

(iii)omit “as required” to the end, and

(b)in Part 2, in the text in the second column of the row relating to Article 6, omit “and to the Commission”.
