Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 25(3), 27(8) and (9), 32(1) and (2), 34(6) and (7), 36(8) and (9), 47(1) and (3), 54(6), 68(2) and (3), 76(3) and 77(1) of the Forestry and Land Management (Scotland) Act 2018 M1 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
