Coming into force

The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 14A(1) and (3)(a) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 19811 and all others powers enabling them to do so.

In accordance with section 26(4A) of that Act2, they have consulted Scottish Natural Heritage and any other person appearing to them to have an interest in the making of the Order.
