2.—(1) The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In Part 4 (the national health service) of schedule 1 (Scottish public authorities)—
(a)omit paragraph 32B, and
(b)after paragraph 35 insert—
“35A. Public Health Scotland.”
