The Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations 2019

16.—(1) The Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations 2019(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 10(5)(f)(ii) (operator’s emergency plan) for “Health Protection Scotland” substitute “Public Health Scotland”.

(3) In regulation 11(5)(g)(ii) (local authority’s off-site emergency plan) for “Health Protection Scotland” substitute “Public Health Scotland”.
