This Order may be cited as the Public Health Scotland Order 2019.
(2)
Subject to paragraph (3) this Order comes into force on 7 December 2019.
(3)
The following provisions of this Order come into force on 1 April 2020—
(a)
articles 6 and 7, and
(b)
paragraphs 1(2)(a) and 2 to 16 of schedule 2.
