Sampling of breeding bovine animals in accordance with compliance deadlines10.
(1)
The keeper of a breeding bovine animal must, by each compliance deadline, take from the animal—
(a)
an ear tag sample of tissue taken in accordance with article 14, or
(b)
a sample of blood.
(2)
Paragraph (1) does not apply in the case of a breeding bovine animal which has an individual BVD status of negative.
