Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(3) of the Caravan Sites Act 19681 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with that section, the Scottish Ministers have consulted with such bodies or persons as appear to them to be concerned.
