PART 1 Introductory

Citation, commencement and extent

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Liability etc. (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and come into force—

(a) as regards this Part, Part 2 and Part 3, on 31 October 2019, and

(b) as regards Part 4, on exit day.

(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
