2.—(1) The Local Government Pension Scheme (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2019(1) are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) In regulation 2(12)(b) for “penultimate” substitute “the third”.
(3) Regulation 2(27) is revoked.
