3.  In schedule 4 (capital disregards) of the Council Tax Reduction (State Pension Credit) (Scotland) Regulations 2012 M1 , in paragraph 21(2)(n) after “to” insert “ regulation 2(1) of the Discretionary Financial Assistance Regulations 2001 M2 or ”.
