SCHEDULE TRANSITIONAL AND SAVINGS PROVISIONS

Transitional provision for the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015

3.  Where, in accordance with regulation 35 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, a contracting authority has established a dynamic purchasing system before exit day, paragraph (24) of that regulation shall be read in relation to that system as if the reference to “a renewed SPD” were a reference to “an SPD or a renewed SPD”.
