Amendment of regulation 8 (network services)

7.—(1) Regulation 8 is amended as follows.

(2) Omit paragraph (1A).

(3) In paragraph (3)(ca), for “Annex I to the Directive” substitute “Annex 1 of the Metadata Regulation”.

(4) In paragraph (3A), for “Annex I to the Directive” substitute “Annex 1 of the Metadata Regulation”.
