The National Health Service (Primary Medical Services Section 17C Agreements) (Scotland) Regulations 2018

Application

2.  These Regulations apply to an agreement—

(a) to which the [F1 National Health Service (Primary Medical Services Section 17C Agreements) (Scotland) Regulations 2004] applied immediately before 1st April 2018; or

(b) which is entered into between a provider and the Health Board on or after 1st April 2018.
