Citation, commencement and extent
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Education (Recognised Bodies) (Scotland) Order 2018 and comes into force on 31st January 2018.
(2) This Order extends to Scotland only.
Recognised bodies
2. The bodies listed in the schedule comprise all those bodies which appear to the Scottish Ministers to be recognised bodies.
Revocation
3. The Education (Recognised Bodies) (Scotland) Order 2007(1) and the Education (Recognised Bodies) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2009(2) are revoked.
