In regulation 9 (approval of a money adviser)—
a
after paragraph (2)(b) omit “and”; and
b
after paragraph (2)(c) insert—
and;
d
has put in place appropriate arrangements (where applicable) to ensure compliance with rules made by the Financial Conduct Authority and to ensure that appropriate regard is had to guidance issued by the Financial Conduct Authority.

In regulation 11 (revocation, or suspension, of approval of a money adviser) after paragraph (1) insert—

The DAS Administrator may revoke the approval of any money adviser where the adviser fails to maintain appropriate arrangements (where applicable) to ensure compliance with rules made by the Financial Conduct Authority and to ensure that appropriate regard is had to guidance issued by the Financial Conduct Authority.
