13.—(1) The Environmental Regulation (Significant Environmental Harm) (Scotland) Order 2014(1) is amended in accordance with sub-paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) In the schedule (specified enactments), omit—
(a)paragraph 7; and
(b)paragraph 14.
(3) After paragraph 18 of the schedule insert—
“19. The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018.”.
