Withdrawing regulatory notices48

SEPA must withdraw a regulatory notice if it is satisfied that the steps required by the notice have been taken.
2
A notice withdrawing a regulatory notice must specify—
a
the date on which the withdrawal takes effect; and
b
the reasons for the withdrawal of the notice.
