The ILF Scotland (Miscellaneous Listings) Order 2018

The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002(1), section 3(2)(a) of the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003(2), section 151(3) of the Equality Act 2010(3), section 2(2)(a) of the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011(4), sections 3(2)(a), 44(2)(a) and 56(2)(a) of the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014(5) and all other powers enabling them to do so.

In accordance with section 152(3) of the Equality Act 2010(6) the Scottish Ministers have consulted the Commission for Equality and Human Rights.

In accordance with section 72(2)(a) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, section 18(4) of the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003, section 210(2) of the Equality Act 2010, section 2(8) of the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011 and section 99(2) of the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.

2002 asp 13. The powers to make this Order are exercised together by virtue of section 33(2) of the Interpretation and Legislative Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (asp 10). The Order is subject to the affirmative procedure by virtue of section 33(3) of that Act.
