2.—(1) The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In Part 7 of schedule 1 (Scottish public authorities: others) after paragraph 67ZA(1) insert—
“67ZB ILF Scotland(2).”.
Section 67ZA was inserted by paragraph 3(a) of schedule 6 of the Historic Environment Scotland Act 2014 (asp 19) (“the 2014 Act”).
