Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 97C(4), (5)(b) and (f), (6)(b), 97H(6) and 97N(1) and (3) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 20031 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 98(5) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
