This Order brings into force four of the provisions of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 (“the Act”).
Article 2 appoints 27th June 2018 for the coming into force of section 74 of the Act, so far as it is not already in force; section 75 of the Act, so far as it relates to Part 3A of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003; and sections 102 and 104 of the Act in their entirety.
The Bill for the Act received Royal Assent on 24th July 2015. Sections 141 to 143, 145 and 146 came into force the following day.
