Saving Provision – Powers of Licensing Standards Officers

4.  Notwithstanding the commencement of section 197 of the 2010 Act, inspections and investigations commenced by Licensing Standards Officers prior to 29th June 2018 and which have not concluded as at that date shall proceed as if that section has not been commenced.
