(a)
in paragraph (2)(h) and (i) for “statement of environmental information” substitute “EIA report”;
(b)
in paragraph (2)(i) after “3(3)” insert “or rule 3(4)”; and
(c)
in paragraph (9) for “statement of environmental information” substitute “EIA report”.
