Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Inshore Fishing (Scotland) Act 19841 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 1(1) of that Act the Scottish Ministers have consulted such bodies as they considered appropriate.
