Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 26(1) to (5) of the Fire Services Act 19471, section 12 of the Superannuation Act 19722 and sections 1(1) and (2)(f) and 3(2)(b), (3)(a) and (3)(b) of, and paragraph 6(c) of schedule 2 of, the Public Service Pensions Act 20133 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 21 of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013, the Scottish Ministers have consulted the representatives of such persons as appear to the Scottish Ministers likely to be affected by these Regulations.
