20th December 2017 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2015 (“the 2015 Act”):—

(a)

section 56 (duties of Licensing Boards to produce Annual Reports) insofar as not already in force;

(b)

section 87 (minor and consequential amendments and repeals) insofar as not already in force; and

(c)

Part 3 of schedule 2 (minor and consequential amendments and repeals relating to Part 3 of the 2015 Act).
