The Sale of Nicotine Vapour Products (Vending Machines) (Scotland) Regulations 2017

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(1) of the Health (Tobacco, Nicotine etc. and Care) (Scotland) Act 20161 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
