The Razor Clams (Prohibition on Fishing and Landing) (Scotland) Order 2017

The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5(1)(a) and (b) and (2), 6(1) and (3), 22(2) and 22A of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 19671 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
