2. The day appointed for the coming into force of section 1 (minimum price of alcohol) of the Alcohol (Minimum Pricing) (Scotland) Act 2012, so far as is necessary for the purpose of enabling the Scottish Ministers to make orders under paragraph 6A of schedule 3 and paragraph 5A of schedule 4 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005(1), is 6th December 2017.
