The Lord President of the Court of Session makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 5(1) of the schedule of the Pensions Appeal Tribunals Act 1943(1) and all other powers enabling him to do so.

1943 (c.39). Paragraph 5 of the schedule was last amended by S.I. 2008/2833 and is to be read with the Scotland Act 1998 (c.46), section 118(3).
