Appointment of members5.
(1)
F1Crown Estate Scotland is to consist of—
(a)
a member appointed by the Scottish Ministers to chair it; and
(b)
up to 8 other members appointed by the Scottish Ministers.
(2)
A member is appointed for such period as the Scottish Ministers determine.
(3)
The Scottish Ministers may reappoint as a member of F1Crown Estate Scotland a person who is, or has been, a member.
(4)
The Scottish Ministers may determine other terms and conditions of membership, in relation to matters not covered by this Order.
