Modification of the Crown Suits (Scotland) Act 1857

22.—(1) Section 4 of the Crown Suits (Scotland) Act 1857(1) (meaning of “public department”) is amended as follows.

(2) The existing text becomes subsection (1).

(3) After that subsection insert—

“(2) But the expression “public department” does not include Crown Estate Scotland (Interim Management).”.
