Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2) of the Water Resources (Scotland) Act 20131 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 3(3) of that Act, the Scottish Ministers consulted the Water Industry Commission for Scotland before making these Regulations.
