The Functions of Health Boards (Scotland) Amendment Order 2017

The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(1)(a) and 105(7) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 19781 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
