The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5B(3) of the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 2003(1), section 127(1) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016(2) and all other powers enabling them to do so.

2003 asp 11. Section 5B was inserted by section 85(3) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016 (asp 18). Section 85(3) of that Act was commenced for the purpose of making regulations by S.S.I 2016/365 and for all remaining purposes by S.S.I. 2017/299.
