Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5B(3) of the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 20031, section 127(1) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 20162 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
