4.—(1) The fee which may be charged for supplying a paper copy of the information that is made available under section 34(1) of the Act for each let property is £3.00(1).
(2) The information mentioned in paragraph (1) is—
(a)the address of the let property;
(b)the amount of rent determined;
(c)the date of the determination; and
(d)the information mentioned in regulation 2(b) in respect of any property used as a comparator in determining the amount of rent.
