the amendments made by section 43(3) of the Act to section 57B of the 1995 Act20 (compulsion order authorising detention in hospital or requiring residence at place: ancillary provision) have no effect where the compulsion order referred to in section 57B(1) of the 1995 Act is made before the appointed day;
