Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

This Order may be cited as the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2017 and comes into force on 30th June 2017.

In this Order “the 2003 Act” means the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 20033.
