The High Court of Justiciary makes this Act of Adjournal under the powers conferred by sections71C(4) and 305 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 19951 and section 36(3)(a) of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 20162 and all other powers enabling it to do so.
