These Regulations may be cited as the Marine Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017 and come into force on 16th May 2017.

Subject to Part 12, these Regulations apply in the case of an application for a regulatory approval made to the Scottish Ministers.

These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
