The Flood Risk Management (Flood Protection Schemes, Potentially Vulnerable Areas and Local Plan Districts) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 60(2)(b) and paragraphs 13 and 14 of schedule 2 of the Flood Risk Management (Scotland) Act 20091, section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19722, and all other powers enabling them to do so.
